The inspiration for my new recipe format initially came from wanting to reduce frustration and save time in the kitchen as I cooked the best possible food for myself and my family. Then as my children got older, I refined my method so that my children with ASD, ADHD, and Dyslexia could more easily cook nutritious meals that would continue to feed their brains.
So here is a collection of recipes with ingredients that contain the specific nutrients that are best for the optimal function of the brain. The recipes are also devoid of the artificial ingredients, which cause a detrimental stimulation to the brain; the type of stimulation that can cause a decline in mood, focus and concentration.
