Thank you for your interest in this revolutionary, yet intuitive, new recipe format. My formatting method was patented in 2016 with 25 subtle must-have criteria to make it as easy as possible, for as many as possible, to read and follow a recipe.

My inspiration initially came from wanting to reduce frustration and save time in the kitchen.

Then as my children got older, I used what I had learnt from my training in Home Economics, Education, and Computing, to refine my method so that my children with ASD, ADHD, and Dyslexia could more easily cook nutritious meals from scratch.

It made sense that if the format was easier for them it would be easier for all. It seems I was right as, after testing, my Easy Read Recipes format was preferred by three out of four of the hospitality students and teachers who used it regularly.

All recipes are made with real food ingredients, that is, ingredients that are immediately recognisable – no numbers here!

I sincerely hope this new format works for you too; to help bring joy and satisfaction as you cook nourishing meals for yourself and your loved ones.
