RETURN OF PHYSICAL ITEMS
For physical items, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received them to return them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed.
REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL ITEMS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, i.e., the return shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, it will include your original shipping cost.
REFUNDS FOR ELECTRONIC GOODS
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state the reason why you are unhappy. You will then be contacted via return email with a choice of solutions depending on any original terms, for example, in the case of a digital course.
AFFILIATES’ RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
For your convenience, there may be links in my posts that are part of an affiliate program, meaning I get a commission if you make a purchase through these links. It will be clearly noted in each post that contains affiliate links. I never promote or link a product I don’t use and recommend unless clearly noted in the post. All opinions given are my own unless clearly stated.
When an affiliate link is used for a purchase, the affiliate becomes responsible for any return and/or dissatisfaction. However, I would appreciate a copy of any dissatisfaction so that I can ascertain if it serves my customers to continue with this affiliate.
